I was trained and became a Certified/Licensed Home Inspector in 1996 after many years of working in the construction and building trades.
This experience has allowed me to provide my clients with knowledgeable, comprehensive, thorough and detailed inspection reports over the years.

I am a member in good standing of the following Associations -

AII - American Institute of Inspectors - Past Chairman, Current Board Member and Master Inspector
NACREI - Nevada Association of Certified Real Estate Inspectors - Founding Member & Licensed NV Inspector
INTER-NACHI - International Association of Certified Home Inspectors - Certified Inspector
